Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
We ship within 2–4 business days, and USPS usually delivers 2–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Will it arrive in time for Diwali or a wedding?
For a specific date, order at least 10 days ahead. If it's tight, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $75 or more, otherwise a flat $6.95 anywhere in the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment companies. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
The jewellery
What are the earrings made of?
Our pieces are fashion (costume) jewellery in traditional kundan, meenakari and antique-gold styles. Each pair's details list its finish, stones and closure. For the exact base metal of a pair, email us and we'll tell you.
I have sensitive ears. Will these work for me?
If you react to some metals, please email us before ordering and tell us which pair you like. We'll tell you exactly what that pair's hook or post is made of so you can decide.
Are jhumkas heavy?
Some traditional jhumkas are heavier than everyday earrings. Each pair's details show the closure type; ask us for the weight of any pair and we'll weigh it for you.
Will the colour match the photos?
We show each pair as closely as we can, but enamel and stones can vary slightly from pair to pair, and screens show colours a little differently.
How do I care for them?
Put earrings on after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Keep them dry, wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing, and store each pair in its own pouch so stones and enamel don't scratch.
Gifts
Can I send a pair as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift message in the box provided, and we'll include it with the order.
Do you take bulk or bridal orders?
Yes, for bridesmaids, sangeet and mehndi favours or family gifting. Email us with the styles and quantities you need and your date.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn pairs in their original packaging. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
My pair arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
