Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Where: anywhere in the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.
• Processing: orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery: by USPS with tracking, usually 2–5 business days after shipping.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
• Packaging: every order is packed carefully to protect it in transit.

If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then email us within 7 days and we'll help with a USPS claim.

Returns and exchanges

• You can return or exchange any pair within 14 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn, with all parts and tags, in the original packaging.
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong pair. We recommend a tracked service.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Exchanges: return the pair and place a new order, or ask us and we'll arrange it for you.

Damaged or wrong items

If a pair arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible.
