Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from Bhavya Jewellery at www.bhavyajewellery.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our jewellery

Bhavya sells fashion (costume) jewellery, not fine jewellery. Stones are not precious gems and finishes are gold-tone or antique unless a pair's description says otherwise. Traditional styles like meenakari and kundan can vary slightly in colour, enamel and stone placement from pair to pair; this is not a defect. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping is shown before you pay.
• We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Your card is charged when you place the order.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order won't change.

Orders

You'll receive an email receipt when your order is placed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. You can cancel your own order free of charge any time before it ships: just email us.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs, returns, exchanges and damaged items are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Promotions

Discount codes are one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

Photos, text and designs on this site belong to Bhavya Jewellery and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bhavya Jewellery is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
